Leadership

Kirk and Pam Anderson became the lead pastors at Decatur in August of 1993. Both have ties to the Northwest Arkansas area. Kirk, Pam, and their four children, Jessica, Megan, Matthew, and Emma, serve our people with a passion and vision that never tires. 

Bill and Sharon Anderson are veteran Assembly of God pastors with over 50 years of experience. Bill is a gifted preacher and communicator. He, along with his wife, raised two sons who have both pastored A/G churches. We are blessed to have them serving in the role of pastoral care. 

Zach, Kyla, and their daughter McKinley Grace joined our team in 2022. Kyla does an incredible job with leading us into our service every Sunday with our worship team while Zach works with our production team. 

Blake and Megan met in high school in the same youth group that they are currently serving. They have a passion for creating meaningful relationships with the teens in our area and supporting them in their daily walks with Christ. Megan also serves as our event coordinator for all of our special events. 

Danny and Tina Funkhouser, along with their daughters Cailey and Chelsea, have served as children's pastors since 1997. Their passion for children and commitment to excellence has helped create a children's ministry that is second to none. 

Gene and Margaret Bishop serve our senior adults with love and compassion. They have been a part of our team since 2000.
